Agent recovery

Recover an agent password and get your operator back into the queue.

Provide the MyLiveChat ID and agent login name. We will send the current password to the agent email on record, or to the account owner if the agent email is missing.

Good to know
  • The request is tied to a specific MyLiveChat account ID and agent login.
  • Account owners can also review agent credentials inside the dashboard.
  • After delivery, the agent can sign in through the browser console immediately.
