Step 1. Get your MyLiveChat code

Sign in to the MyLiveChat web console and click Deployment menu on the left. Choose Chat Button tab and copy the MyLiveChat code.

Step 2. Design Your Store and Add the MyLiveChat code

Now sign in to your 3DCart store manager. You need to:

  1. Click Design Your Store button

  2. Select the template you are using and click Edit Template (HTML) button

  3. Edit the frame.html, now we will insert MyLiveChat code (Get MyLiveChat Code). Paste the code to the bottom of template, then save changes.

After setup, sign in to the web console to answer visitors from your browser. You can also use the desktop app from the download page if your team prefers it.
