Use this guide to add MyLiveChat to your Shopify store.

Step 1. Get your MyLiveChat code
Sign in to the MyLiveChat web console and click
Deployment menu on the left. Choose Embedded Chat tab and copy the MyLiveChat
code.
Step 2. Open Template Editor in your Shopify admin panel and Add the MyLiveChat code

Sign in to your Shopify admin panel.
- Find and click Themes menu on the left
- Click Template Editor
- Click theme.liquid to edit your layout
- Add the MyLiveChat code to bottom of template, and Save

After setup, sign in to the web console to answer visitors from your browser. You can also use the desktop app from the download page if your team prefers it.
